60 minute sessions. 7 am GMT, 8 am CET. On donation
This wallah announces that I will offer a teaching via Sangha Live, a global online platform for interactive dharma classes and courses. I’ve been invited to lead their one-hour Daily Meditation sessions for the mornings of:
Monday, 17 November through to Friday, 21 November 2025.

These classes, including guided meditation. a Dharma talk and Q&A, are offered on dana/generosity-basis. All meditators across the globe are warmly invited to tune in.
During these sessions together, we will explore:
Going Beyond the World
Dharma practitioners spend much time giving attention to practise. This is a worthwhile endeavour but it seems to go on and on until death.
We can conclude that practice means improving the quality of our life, reducing suffering in our lives and showing kindness and compassion to others. Yes, this is significant. It is a credit to dedicated practitioners committed to exploration of such experiences as a way of life.
Be clear. Such practice is not the core purpose of the Dharma but an important preparation for Going Beyond the World. We have to understand what we mean by the world and going beyond the world.
Practice implies going further, going deeper. Going Beyond the World is directionless.
In these five sessions, we will explore the core purpose in diverse ways. Talks, guided meditations and Q&A form the backbone of the inquiry. Every session will offer everyday examples of the theme of the session to enable seeing the world and confirming going beyond the world.
These live classes begin at 7am GMT / 8am CET each morning. Replays will be posted in Sangha Live’s dharma library for viewers in other time zones.
Brief Outline of the Five Morning Sessions
Endeavour to attend all five sessions. Sit still, sit tall with full presence. A basic requirement for such a deep issue. Drinking coffee, walking around keeps the mind in the grip of the immediate world. Probable outcome: two steps forward and two steps backward.
Monday 17 November. Overview of the theme of five sessions and the Construction of our Roles and Identity to point to the Unconstructed.
Tuesday 18 November. The Mind. Inseparable from the World.
Wednesday 19 November. The Power of Love. Ethics. Expansive, precious and reliant on Consciousness and the World.
Thursday. 20 November. Self, Self, Self. Self-Love, Self-Compassion, Self- Acceptance, Self-Inquiry, Self-Help. Seeing the emptiness of all modes of positive/negative self – a feature of the world.
Friday 19 November. Beyond the World. Beyond the Here and Now. Beyond Oneness. Beyond any kind of clinging. Birthless. Deathless. Liberation. The Beyond is immediately accessible, closer than any feeling tone or thought.
