Theme: Benefits of Mindfulness and Benefits Beyond Mindfulness

All are welcome. New and experienced meditators.

Retreat with Christopher Titmuss

You may not be able to attend every session. Please attend as much as you can.

Basic day consists of four to five hours online for talk, guided meditation, Q and A, sharing of experience, meditation instructions

and four hours a day of practice at home.

12.00 – 13.00 Sitting Meditation. Standing Meditation.

13.00 – 15.00 Lunch.

15.00 – 16.00 Guided Meditation. Questions and Answers

16.00 – 17.00 Walking Meditation.

17.00 – 18.00. Teachings

18.00 – 19.30 Evening food.

19.30 – 20.00 Group 1 with Christopher (First initial of first name. A to M)

20.00 – 20.30 Group 2 with Christopher (First initial of first name. N to Z).

(outside these times. Listening meditation. Silent Meditation

21.00. End of the day of mindfulness and meditation.
