We experience the impact from within and without. Join our September online meetings

Five Online weekly 75 minute Workshops from Saturday 2 September 2023. Despite a certain resilience, human beings remain vulnerable to the impact of inflows from within affecting our consciousness, state of mind and sometimes health.

We also experience the impact from without – people’s behaviour, weather, a virus, accident and more.

The impact of the two together can make our daily life difficult, to put it mildly.

In the language of the Buddha, the Pali word asavas – means problematic inflows/influences.

Inflows refers to internal influences and external influences.

Every Saturday in the month of September, we will explore specific areas of asavas. The session will consist of a short talk, guided meditation, Q/A and sharing of experiences.

Talk will consist of practical steps for dealing in daily life with impactful influences.

The first session begins on Saturday 2 September 20237.00 am – 8.15 am. UK time.

You can join the first session for free if you wish.

Contact: s.shenoy@gmail.com to receive online link.

There will be a recording of each session for participants in the weekly sessions through Septembers with a link available.

We request €25.00 to support the Buddha Wallah Series and daily life expenses.

A single sentence can change a life.

We look forward to seeing you.
