Timetable for international Zoom Retreats with Christopher Titmuss.

Here is the Timetable for Zoom Retreats, plus relevant information.

This Zoom retreat will consist of four meetings on Zoom per day. These meetings will include a Dharma talk, mindfulness meditation instructions, guided meditations, question and answers and small group meeting to check practice..

I have added four personal meditations per day – mindful work period, two walking meditations, indoors or outdoors and one sitting meditation.

I would like to hear your response after the retreat to this approach.

Timetable includes talks, mindfulness/meditation instructions, questions and answers and guided meditation. Day includes sitting meditation, standing meditation and mindfulness of activity in the home.

The first zoom retreat with eight meetings starts on Friday morning, 23 April, 2021 at 9 AM in morning CET and finishes on Tuesday morning.

Please make every effort to attend as many sessions as possible. You can experience a mindful/meditative day at home or even in the garden using mobile phone and depending on wifi.

23-27 April Zoom replaces the weeklong residential at the Waldhaus Retreat Zentrum.

I suggested to Dharma centres to make a registration fee  for Zoom retreats of €30.00 as the centres face major financial issues due to lockdown.
