Theme: Resting in Being. A Major Step towards full Awakening.

Teaching and Practices form the sessions.

What distracts us from resting in being?

Is your daily life so preoccupied that you have no time for 20 minutes of silence?

It means that the self, in the form of the thinker, the talker and the doer, dominates your daily existence.

20 minutes of silence means an opportunity to rest in being. At first, you might find this hellishly difficult. These sessions offer practical skills, inspiration and insights from others worldwide.

What deeply matters does not depend on the thinker, the talker and the doer.

Suitable for beginners and seasoned meditators.

Monday 13 July

Session 1. Calmness. An easy-going life is far from resting in being. Silence, stillness, and full awareness prepare the way towards transformative receptivity.

Tuesday 14 July

Session 2: Insight. Calm contributes to insight. Insight contributes to calm. Both support resting in being.

Wednesday 15 July

Session 3. Calm and insight develop the five senses. Resting in being serves as one of the major supports for a comprehensive waking up.

Thursday 16 July

Session 4. Engagement in doing reveals compassion and resilience. Compassion engages in action to reduce or dissolve suffering. Resting in being renews energy and clarity for noble action.

Friday 17 July

Session 5. Seeing and knowing the integration of being and doing. Teachings/practices show the way to the awakened mind revealing wisdom and compassion.

Do join.

Love
