Join our Tuesday evening online Zoom meeting on Mindfulness in Times of Coronavirusus.

Dear Friends,

This is a heartfelt invitation to join our ‘Mindfulness in Times of Corona Virus‘ meetings online on Zoom on a Tuesday evening. Ask questions. Share your experiences.

These meetings take place on Tuesday evenings at 20.00 pm European Time (19:00 pm UK time) and are offered on donation. Do pass the word on.

First meeting is on Tuesday 14 April, 2020. Old Proverb.”A problem shared is a problem halved.”

Christopher and Ulla will alternate each week in facilitating the meeting. The hour long meeting consists of 15 – 20 minute guided meditation to reduce stress for calm and insight. A 20 minute talk followed by questions and sharing of experiences.
