Join our next Mindfulness Teacher Training Course (MTTC). January 2027 for 12 months. Professional accreditation.

Short extension of our super early‑bird discount until 5 pm UK time, Monday 18 June 2026. See outline of Month 1 and flyer. MTTC forms two six month modules.

You can pay super early-bird discount for both modules or pay for first module of mindfulness training and pay same early-bird discount for second module in month before start of second module.

Second module consists of teacher training. In this module, trainees give short talks, offer guided meditations, Q&A, instructions in mindfulness and facilitation skills.

Listeners are invited to give their response. Opportunity to join small mid week group once or twice a month.

A small taster of our mindfulness teacher training

We provide a Lesson Plan at the start of each month with a fresh theme for each month.

Month 1. Mindfulness of Stress.

Intensive online weekend once a month. Three sessions on a Saturday for 75 minutes per session. Two sessions on a Sunday for same length of time.

Short talk, guided meditation, Q&A, sharing experiences and breakout rooms for small groups on theme of the month. Usually 10-20 nationalities.

MTTC provides two senior teachers, a senior assistant teacher and five assistant teachers, plus an administrator/coordinator.
