Mindfulness, Meditation and Liberation
Saturday April 5 and Sunday April 6, 2014 10 am to 5 pm
The two day workshop will consist of practical mindfulness training, the disciplines of meditation and enquiry into our human condition with emphasis a liberated way of life.
Mindfulness in conjunction with meditation and enquiry contributes to reaching deeper levels of ourselves, opening the heart, insights into our inner life and finding the resolve to make worthwhile changes in our life. All valuable practices point directly to a liberated way of life. The practice will include the four primary postures of sitting, walking, standing and reclining along with themes for reflection.
The workshop will offer periods of silence, dialogues with Christopher, question and answers and small groups for shared exploration of experiences.
