Please come and join us and spend 6 days at a beautiful retreat centre in Byron Bay. This retreat is based on the teachings of the Buddha and an emphasis on deep inquiry with creativity.
During the retreat which will be mostly silent, there will be periods of meditation, guided practices, instructions, walking meditation, dharma talks, inquiry and meetings with the teachers.
It offers an opportunity to step away from the stress of daily life and connect a depth of being.
